Benny Andersson

Gran Bror Benny Andersson , known professionally as Benny Andersson , is a Swedish musician, composer, member of the Swedish music group ABBA , and cocomposer of the musicals Chess, Kristina frn Duvemla, and Mamma Mia. For the 2008 film version of Mamma Mia he worked also as an executive producer. Since 2001 he is active with his own band Benny Anderssons orkester.

Goran Bror Andersson was born in Stockholm to 34yearold civil engineer Gsta Andersson and his 26yearold wife Laila. His sister EvaLis Andersson followed in 1948.
